What is the AI Visibility Index?
The index ranks businesses by their observed named-rate in buyer-intent answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini, grouped by industry and country.
How is the Visibility Score calculated?
It is a weighted named-rate across tested buyer questions and engines; trust and comparison questions receive higher weight because they are closer to a purchase decision.
Each visibility score here comes from a recorded AI scan — not an estimate or a third-party guess. When you scan your own business, your score joins the index automatically and is compared against businesses in the same industry and country. The result is a transparent, defensible ranking that shows who AI engines trust in your market right now.
A score of 0 means a business has been scanned but has no AI visibility yet. A higher score means AI engines name the business more often, across more buyer-intent questions. Every score link is verifiable — the scan and its evidence are preserved.
