The service

VisiScan provides AI visibility scans, reports, citation research, readiness recommendations, and monitoring features. Results reflect answers observed from AI providers at the time of a scan. AI responses change, so VisiScan does not promise that a result, score, recommendation, ranking, or citation will remain unchanged.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information and URLs that you are authorized to submit.
• Use the service lawfully and do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its providers.
• Keep account credentials secure and notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
• Review report recommendations before applying them to your website or business.

Reports and recommendations

Reports are informational business and marketing analysis, not legal, financial, security, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to act on recommendations and for reviewing any generated content, schema, or technical changes before publishing them.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are charged at the price shown at checkout. One-time reports and recurring monitoring plans are described on the pricing page. Stripe processes payments and recurring billing where applicable. Subscription management, cancellation, and any applicable refund terms are presented through the product or checkout flow.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep VisiScan available and accurate, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or limited by third-party providers, network conditions, maintenance, or factors outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, VisiScan is provided “as is” and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, or decisions made solely from scan results.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
